If you’ve tried a unique dish, fast food trendy sandwich, unique grocery item or kitchen gadget, we want you to share your thoughts with us. Grab those cameras and film a quick review video. Remember, this is a family friendly group, in addition to honest and entertaining feedback, in situations where it applies, please keep it ‘positively constructive’.

‘Dippin It’ e-cookbook

November brings people together celebrating all things to be thankful for. Dips are a great way to be them nibbling until the main course is ready to be served. We have included some Dos and Don’ts and also some tips around containers and dippers.

Whipped Feta Dip with Honey Glazed Tomatoes Recipe Card

This is a twist on the popular social media viral sensation: Feta Pasta. This dip is smooth, sweet, and tangy all at the same time. The basil brings the freshness and the pine nuts bring the crunch.

I walk you through this easy rendition of the popular dish. I also had a #fail with the toast. Note to self: Don’t walk away when toasting bread in the oven.

Chicken to the rescue cookbook

Chicken. It’s been gracing dinner tables for centuries. It’s versatile and very affordable. Fried, deep fried, sautéed, poached, baked, roasted, the culinary preparations are endless. In this book, we have several recipes that touch the spectrum of taste, flavor and cooking methods.

Creamy Mushroom Chicken Pasta Recipe Card

This dish is warming and fully customizable. Add sundried tomatoes, fresh basil, or even swap the chicken for shrimp. Perfectly creamy and oh so delicious.

In this demo, I walk through this super simple and delicious creamy chicken pasta dish. I also add a little truffle oil to fancy up the dish.

Soup it up Cookbook

I love soup. It’s so easy and can be made with pretty much anything in your pantry. In these cold winter months, we are sharing soups of all types; broth-based, creamy, cold, and even dessert soups. Grab your blanket and a spoon, these soups are sure to bring you a delicious sense of comfort.

Creamy Sausage Gnocchi Soup Recipe Card.

This is my play on my favorite soup of all time, the Zuppa Toscana at Olive Garden. Instead of potatoes, I used cheese gnocchi as a twist. Bonus: this was done in the a slow cooker. I literally went shopping while this was doing it’s thing.

In this demo, I show you the slow cooker version of this recipe and discuss the different variations that can be done for this delicious soup.

In this video, I walk you throw this very simple and comforting dish. You can use any pasta shape or even rice for this meal pairing.

Shrimp Toast

This is a remake of the discontinued Trade Joes’ Shrimp Toast appetizer. Savory shrimp on a butter crunchy toast made in the air-fryer. You can’t beat that.

The fact that this is done in the air fryer is amazing. You don’t get the greasiness and heaviness of frying in oil.
